The first question is really basic: File the right documents with the Secretary of State for the limited Liability organization system (or entity) that you chose.. If I lost you a the entity part, its okay. Don't let the entity part confuse you.

What are your options? In actual practice, Limited Liability Companies and Corporations. There are additional limited liability entities like the Limited Liability Limited Partnership, and Corporations can be broken into two groups, but to provide a practical answer, those are your only two options.
